Thank you for visiting my website about jumping higher exercises. I know how difficult it can be to improve physical fitness in many areas. I’ve been there, done that … just to be frustrated by my own inability to advance and to excel. With 5 ft. 9 In. in height I am not exactly a number #1 choice for any basketball team.
